In the early part of September 2017, officers with the Elkton Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit (SCU) began an investigation into illegal sales of narcotics in the 100 block of Hollingsworth Manor; the investigation revealed one of the main sources of this activity is a Macio Freeman. Through the investigation, officers discovered Freeman was distributing narcotics from 143 Hollingsworth Manor.
